Manufacturing and processing evidence
These QEEHUA photos show sheet production, collection, storage and selected material test activity. Test values and conditions must be confirmed for the exact project grade.

Quality test videos
QEEHUA can provide quality test videos for a requested sheet and project when the relevant sample and test record are available. Videos can help overseas engineering and purchasing teams match the specimen, setup and observed result to the supporting record.
Depending on the agreed test plan, a video may show specimen identity and thickness, vertical or horizontal placement and flame application, afterflame and afterglow time, burning drips and cotton ignition observation, horizontal burn length or rate, and the link between the video view and the test record.
UL 94 V methods examine burning, afterflame, afterglow and dripping under a controlled flame. ASTM D635 examines burning rate, extent and time in a horizontal position. Results depend on specimen thickness and test conditions. These method references do not mean that every PP sheet has V-0, food-contact, conductive or fixed certification status.
Document review points
Confirm product-specific documents for the requested sheet and project.
Ask for the current certificate and scope.
Confirm the applicable technical file for the project.
Request the relevant third-party material report.
Confirm compatibility and scope for the requested use.

Frequently asked questions
The preview range is 3 to 100 mm. Share the required thickness, sheet size and quantity so the available production route can be confirmed for your project.
Yes. Send the target length, width, thickness, cut plan and drawing if you have one. Widths up to 3300 mm can be discussed subject to project confirmation.
Include the sheet thickness, finished size, quantity, application, joining method and any exposure to chemicals, heat, load or outdoor conditions that affects the design.
QEEHUA can review the material request with your application details. Chemical compatibility, temperature, load and fabrication method should be checked against the exact grade and project conditions.
