QEEHUA Plastic | Quality and inspection
PP sheet quality for real fabrication and service conditions
Chemical exposure, welding, temperature and equipment design all influence material selection. Review the properties that matter for your project before specifying a sheet.

01 / Core quality
Start with chemical compatibility and welding
Chemical compatibility
Review the medium, concentration, temperature and contact conditions before selecting a sheet for a tank or duct.
Compatibility depends on the stated conditions.
Welding quality
Sheet grade, welding rod, joint preparation and welding conditions all affect the finished joint. Inspection requirements should match the equipment design.
Review fabrication and post-weld inspection.
02 / Material testing
Material testing at a glance
Reference test methods are listed below. Request the matching data sheet and test conditions for your project specification.
قوة الشد
ASTM D638-22
معامل الشد
ASTM D638-22
استطالة عند نقطة الكسر
ASTM D638-22
Notched Izod impact
ASTM D256-24
Heat deflection temperature
ASTM D648-18
Vicat softening temperature
ASTM D1525-25
Heat deflection and Vicat results are laboratory values, not continuous operating temperature limits. These results are not a tank design calculation.
03 / Service conditions
Match the sheet to the application
Temperature and outdoor use
High temperatures, low temperatures and outdoor UV exposure require grade-specific confirmation. Test temperatures should not be treated as operating limits.
Forming and structural use
Rectangular tanks and curved ductwork need different material behavior. Review thickness, dimensions, liquid level, welds, supports and reinforcement for each tank.
Special project requirements
State any UV, low-temperature or flame-retardant requirements when discussing the project. Confirm the available grade and matching report.
04 / Quality review
How quality is evaluated
01 Chemical review
Check the actual medium, concentration, temperature and contact conditions.
02 Material testing
Review the applicable tensile, impact, thermal and bending test results and their stated sample conditions.
03 Fabrication evaluation
Review cutting, welding, joint quality and the post-weld inspection required for the project.
04 Document confirmation
Confirm the product grade, sample conditions and available test or batch documents before specification.
Cut appearance and odor may be observations, but do not replace material records or formal testing.
